Moving from shop to shop trying to decide what is best for your home is not easy. It can be intimidating, confusing and overwhelming.
What would it look like if you knew someone on the inside, who you could trust to guide you through the process and give you the information to help you to make the best decisions?
Someone that will take you through the qualities, textures, styles and colours, and help you to understand what works well, and why it does. How your choices of material, style and colour will improve your home environment. How those choices might relate to your building style, and your furnishings. A relaxed atmosphere, where you can make those important choices comfortably and on your terms.
That is the Next Step in Flooring.
Material Selection
Some choices are simple, like suitable material for a specific environment. Some decisions are more nuanced, and may come down to the quality, budget, or specifications of flooring materials. Every job is unique. Wherever you are starting, our resident expert will keep you well informed on what is important, so you can be confident you will love what you choose.
Colour and Design
Our resident design consultant is an expert in colour selection and what works well together.
She will happily discuss any elements of your build, including furnishings you already have, or are committed to, and many homeowners will go on to engage her in further interior design choices.
Completion
Once you are comfortable with your selection, Next Step Flooring staff will work with you, or your builder, right through the supply, installation and completion of your flooring.
We strive to keep you well informed and comfortable throughout this process, and will even introduce you to the installers ahead of time.

The process starts by connecting with us.
We will find a time to work with you, at your home, or our private showroom. We invite you for a two-hour complimentary session to review your needs and goals, while our materials expert and colour consultant walk you through the important considerations of your choices.
